Mental Health Resources

Comprehensive Student Services at WPHS

School Counselors - Students are assigned to 1 of 8 School Counselors who can support them with both academic and personal issues. They also provide them with resources.  When in doubt, ask your counselor. 

SAFE Coordinator - Provides crisis intervention on campus and connects students/families to resources.  Students experiencing food insecurity or temporary housing can also receive support through SAFE. 

School Mental Health Social Worker - Provides crisis intervention on campus and connects students/families to resources.

CHILL - Provides individual and group counseling services during the school day. 

Mentoring Program - Students are matched with an adult mentor from the community for academic support and general advice. 

WPHS Student Health Center - Our clinic can provide medical services such as school physicals and sick visits with our nurse practitioner.

Outside Counseling Resources - We can provide families with a list of local mental health resources for a variety of concerns.

Behavioral Health Resource:

Charlie Health provides mental health and substance-related treatment to young adults and teens and will remain open over the upcoming holidays.

Their team has immediate availability for new admissions to help teens and young adults get the support they deserve.
