📆 Schedule Change Request Form Windows

 

• Before School Begins:

Opens: Friday, August 1

      Closes: Saturday, August 2 

• After School Begins:
  Reopens: Wednesday, August 13
  Closes: Friday, August 15 at 2:30 pm

Please be aware that all schedules are tentative until the first day of school on Monday, August 11, 2025.

Change requests will NOT be accepted for the following reasons:

• Preference for a different teacher
• Preference for a different lunch period
• Request to change the order of class periods (e.g., switching 1st and 3rd periods)
• Request to undo a previous schedule change

School counselors will email students to confirm whether a requested change can be made. Updated schedules will be viewable in Skyward.

 

✅ Submit only one request at a time.
Submitting multiple requests for the same change will delay processing.

📅 In-Person Student Schedule Help Day Sessions:

• Grade 12: Tuesday, August 5, 2025 // 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
• Grade 11: Tuesday, August 5, 2025 // 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Grade 10: Thursday, August 7, 2025 // 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Please note: There is no difference between submitting an online schedule request and attending an in-person help session. All requests, whether submitted virtually or in person, are processed based on seat availability. Participation does not guarantee that a schedule change will be made.
