Course Scheduling Information
We are excited to kick off the scheduling process for the 2026-27 school year.
On Thursday January 22, all rising Juniors and Seniors were provided with detailed information on how to register for thier upcoming classes by logging into OCPS LaunchPad, opening the Xello app, and selecting the Course Planner. We encourage you to review these materials with your student to ensure they select the courses that best align with their acacdemic goals and post-secondary plans.

2026-27 Course Request Form
Students can use this form to find the courses on Xello using the course codes. Please note: some of these courses are subject to change based on the total numbers of requests for the course.

Counselor Meeting Schedule
School counselors will soon begin meeting with students individually to finalize course requests. Please review the update schedule below, including designated makeup days for students who may be absent during their initial appointment.
Rising Juniors & Seniors
Main Campus counselors will meet with students through their English class.
- Meeting Window: Jan 30 – Feb 13
- Makeup Sessions: Feb 17 – Feb 19
Please Note: makeup sessions are open to students without an on-campus English class, as well as those who missed their scheduled in-class appointment.
Rising Sophomores (Current Freshmen)
Main Campus counselors wil meet with students at the 9th Grade Center.
- Meeting Window: Feb 20 – Feb 26
- Makeup Sessions: Feb 27
Please Note: makeup sessions are open to students without an on-campus English class, as well as those who missed their scheduled in-class appointment.
Counselor Availability
Looking ahead, School Counselors will return to normal hours in March. This will be the appropriate time for students or parents to reach out if they wish to further discuss course selection options or make updates to prior course selections.
