STUDENT SERVICES

The Student Services team at Winter Park High School—our School Counselors—supports students in planning, progress, and successful completion of high school. School Counselors work with students and families to ensure students stay on track toward graduation while navigating academic requirements, course planning, and postsecondary preparation.

Through ongoing advising and individualized support, our School Counselors help students make informed decisions, access resources, and take purposeful steps toward graduation and life beyond high school.

TRANSCRIPTS

Due to the confidential nature of student records, transcripts cannot be emailed to students or parents. Transcript requests must be submitted using the appropriate process outlined below.

Students who need proof of courses or grades for college applications, athletics, or scholarships should request a transcript using the correct link.

Important: All transcripts must be picked up within 30 days.

Alumni & Former Students

Former students who graduated in 2025 or earlier, as well as withdrawn students, must order transcripts through the Alumni SchoolCash Online Payment System.

When submitting your request, please include:

  • Full name

  • Graduation year

  • Student number

  • Mailing address within the United States or fax number

  • Indicate if you prefer to pick up a hard copy at the Student Services Office

You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial or unsealed transcripts are available for pickup in the Student Services Office, RM 107.
