WPHS Transcripts

Transcripts cannot be emailed to students or parents due to the confidential nature of the information. Students who need a list of courses and grades for coaches or scholarships should use the link below to order a hard copy.

All ordered transcripts must be picked up within 30 days.

Class of 2026 – Final Transcripts

Students of the Class of 2026 must use this link to request their final official transcript. Requests will be accepted beginning May 1, 2026. Verbal requests cannot be accepted.

Hard copies will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Student Services Office (Room 107) on the main campus.

Current Students

Winter Park HS Alumni (Class of 2025 or earlier) and Withdrawn Students 

Transcripts must be ordered through the online Alumni SchoolCash Payment System.

Please include your full name, graduation year, student number, and the U.S. mailing address (or fax number, if preferred) where the transcript should be sent. You may also request a hard copy for pickup at the Student Services Office (Room 107) on the main campus. 

Once your request is received, we will follow up via email to confirm the order. The SchoolCash information can be found here: Alumni SchoolCash Payment System.  

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial or unsealed transcripts are available at the Student Services Office (Room 107) on the main campus.
