WPHS Transcripts

Transcripts: Due to the private nature of the student information contained in transcripts, they cannot be emailed to any student or parent.  Students who need to provide a list of courses/grades to coaches or scholarships should use the link below to order a hard copy for current students.

All ordered transcripts MUST be picked up within 30 days.

• Current Students should use this link to order official transcripts.

• Winter Park HS Alumni (former students who graduated in 2025 and prior) and Withdrawn Students must order transcripts via our new online payment system. Alumni SchoolCash Payment System
o For the alumni requests, please include your name, graduation year, student number, and the address within the United States (or fax number, if preferred) where you would like to send the transcript.  You can also request a hard copy to be picked up at the Student Services Office.  We will follow up with you via email to confirm that your request has been processed.  

• Unofficial or Unsealed Transcripts are available at the Student Services Office in room 107.
