E-Bike/E-Scooter Registration
The Orange County Public School Board has implemented a districtwide OCPS E-Bike & E-Scooter Policy, effective September 8, 2026. To help maintain a safe campus, all students who ride an e-bike or e-scooter to school must complete the Winter Park High School E-Bike & E-Scooter Micromobility Registration Form by September 8, 2026.
The link to the form is below.
Note: All students in grades 9-12 who ride an e-bike or e-scooter must have a valid Florida Learners License or Florida Drivers License and register their device using this form.
Micromobility decals are currently on order and will be distributed to registered students at the end of September or early October. Completion of the registration form allows students to operate on campus if they meet the requirements.
You will only be notified if your registration is denied.
Students with approved registrations will automatically receive their decals upon arrival. They will be delivered to their first-period classes or another period if necessary. Registration decals are non-transferable and may only be used by the student to whom they are issued.
Only the registered owner may operate the e-bike or e-scooter on campus.
We encourage all families to complete the registration form before the September 8 deadline to ensure their student is in compliance with school board expectations.
Thank you for your partnership in helping us maintain a safe and orderly campus. Have a great night.
