Parents, please make sure your student(s) understands they must check their emails daily for AP exam updates.  The student is solely responsible for the information and ensuring they understand everything they need to sit for their AP exams.  We are here to help and support as much as we can, but they are solely responsible. Questions about specific subjects need to be directed to their AP teacher.

This year AP exams are offered in two possible formats.....the traditional paper/pencil on-Campus format, and an alternative DIGITAL format.

The digital exam format can be completed at home, and the paper/pencil exams will be completed on-Campus.

All students who are enrolled in an AP course at Winter Park High School MUST take the related exam.  If you do not show up for your exam, please contact Mr. Disney and your AP teacher ASAP.

  • AM Exams - You MUST report directly to your testing locations by 7:25AM for morning (AM) exams.

  • PM Exams (on the Main Campus) - You MUST report to the auditorium by 11:45AM for afternoon (PM) exams.

    • May 3-5 report to the area between the West Café and Auditorium and find Mr. Blackmon

    • PM EXAMS – There is no loitering in the school before PM exams, you need to report to the Auditorium

All AP exams will be given on the main campus of Winter Park High School except for the AP Human Geography, AP CSP, and AP Spanish Lang for the freshmen taking those exams which will be given on the Freshman Campus.

Excused Absence Policy for AP Exams:

A student is excused from attending all classes on the day he or she is scheduled to take an AP or IB exam.    If you take a morning exam, you may go home after the exam is finished.  If you take an afternoon exam, you do not need to arrive on the school campus until 11:45AM.
